About That Nuwave Pot Roast Recipe

The NuWave Oven Pot Roast recipe is not so good

Made a NuWave Oven Pot Roast yesterday. I have to admit, it was
horrible. I followed the directions in the NuWave cook book that comes with the oven.

I’ll never use that recipe again! But, not to point the finger totally at the oven since I’ve loved it for everything else, it could have been my choice of meat. It was a Chuck roast, that had great fat veining, so I sort of doubt it.

Anyway, it was dry and horribly chewy. I don’t think the grilling method is the way to go with a roast. I’m gonna try it again with the baking tray and some beef broth. I’ll post the 2nd attempt when I get to making it.

Today it’s the tried and delicious try baked chicken! Me and the NuWave Oven are the best of friends for this dish!

In fact, I would recommend anyone start with the chicken for a first NuWave oven meal, it is soooo easy and especially moist and yummy.

Stay tuned….oh, I would love to see your recipes and hear about your NuWave cooking experience…you send it, I’ll post it.
